CAMCO is the name of the subsidiary of RATP Dev that will operate lines 1 and 2 of the Riyadh automatic metro.

About the job

Develop HR SOPs in line with CAMCO's HR Policies;
Conduct a gap analysis against current business processes followed in CAMCO against SOPs / best HR Practices in KSA;
Liaise with RPO and PMO delivery manager/team to set the mass hiring process work flow;
Liaise with HR System Integrator to implement the workflows in Sage X3;
Support HR Director to select and hire right candidates as per our Workforce Plan;
Complete Implementation of HR Systems in Sage X3 including participation in UAT;
Build the team and job shadowing – HR Services;
Trained new staff to manage the HR System using Sage X3;
Knowledge Transfer to new team and HR Business Partner (new candidates) hired by CAMCO;
Doer' attitude, ability to perform without any supervison;
Excellent, in depth knowledge of Human Resource practices;
High-level knowledge of employment legislation in countries within which their role operates and how to translate into day to day HR operations;
Excellent appreciation of all functions across the business to ensure HR function fully integrates and supports all other business areas.


- 10 years' of experience in generalist / operational HR services;
- Minimum of 3 years' experience advising at an organizational management level as a HR Consultant;
- Worked as Business Partner or HR Director preferable;
- Experience of leading a team of people;
- Practical experience of delivering change in complex and demanding environments;
- Experience of working in a diverse, multi-cultural organisation;
- Client facing experience;
- Coach and Mentor experience
