Contexte

Missions

The Project Director is accountable for the contract negotiation and the respect of the contract's conditions. He manages a team of 7 experts and managers, within Operations, Maintenance, and TOCC.

He reports to the SVP Middle-East. He is the key point of contact between the client, the different operators, and RATP Dev

Responsabilités et activités

- Responsible for the whole project:
° Ultimately responsible for safety and quality on the delivery of Mobility consultancy services
° Ensure the viability of financial and technical contract's conditions
° Manage project's risks and timing,
° Interface with the client and other strategic stakeholders
° Take an active part to project meeting to give advice and opinions in order to optimize costs and make the daily operation and maintenance as efficient as possible
° Manage the reporting to the group and clients.

- Recruitment and management of a team:
° Operations,
° Maintenance,
° TOCC.

Expériences et compétences requises

- Previous experience in managing contracts within the public transport sector in a customer-orientated environment
- Experience in operations and/or maintenance in the transport/bus industry with similar management experience
- Ability to develop an operations business from start-up with the aim of engaging and delivering to passengers, local partners and shareholders
- Experience in greenfield projects or significant business expansion in terms of headcount
- English fluent
