Missions
As part of the B2B International Sales Team, the Sales Assistant role will play an integral part in developing and growing travel trade revenue through delivering exemplary client service.
We are looking for an organized, efficient and passionate sales support executive to be responsible for administrative duties whilst assisting the B2B sales team in maximising business opportunities.
Responsabilités et activités
Helping the B2B sales team to improve their productivity, thereby by increasing sales:
- Setting up new client accounts in the booking and CRM systems, liaising with new clients to obtain all relevant information
- Issue new client contracts & follow up where needed to ensure clients are set up for success
- Assist clients with booking process and follow the progress of new client connectivity
- Monitoring the booking system for new inbound leads – qualify and allocate accordingly
- Maintaining and updating CRM tools
- Keep product information and content up to date across B2B reseller platforms
- Monitor products on reseller platforms including customer reviews
- Address B2B client queries where needed
- Manage special offers and promotions where needed
- Assist sales team with the organisation of client events/travel trade show participation including all post-event analysis and follow-up
- Assist with monthly sales reporting
- Ability and willingness to travel
Expériences et compétences requises
- Must be bilingual: English and French a must, and a third language (Portuguese, Chinese, Spanish) would be ideal
- Bac + 2 (min. 4 years of experience)
- Planned travel abroad (15% of time)
- Experience in Tourism industry (travel agencies, attraction, OTA, etc..)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Good time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills: oral and written in both English and French
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Understanding of sales performance metrics (figures analysis)
- Experience of Microsoft Office
- Hands on experience with CRM software Salesforce would be a plus
