HQSE Manager – Saudi Arabia F-M

Missions

The purpose of this position is to exercise effective Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Assurance
leadership, and to plan, develop and manage the activities of the HSQE Department to meet all legal, certification, performance, stakeholder and other relevant requirements.

The HSQE Manager leads a team of 7 experts and controllers, and he reports to the Project Director

Responsabilités et activités

- Lead the development of the safety, quality and environmental management systems within the line departments
- Ultimately responsible for running the HSQE resources Monitoring of O&M service providers
- Interface with the MOM, TRSDC and O&M services providers
- Delivery of all HSQE consultancy services and owns HSQE SOP production
- Leads the HSQE Department to meet all legal certifications and other requirements (partnering with the deputy MOM)
- Manage the HSQE Department to ensure outputs delivered are to an appropriate standard on time and within the allocated budget
- Responsible for setting the Safety Management System, developing, and securing Operational Safety Cases and ongoing audit, compliance and management of Target Zero safety philosophy
- Establish the process for accident and incident reporting and investigation

Expériences et compétences requises

- A minimum of 7 years of general HSQE management experience
- 5 years of specific HSQE management experience within the transport industry
- Must be a skilled manager in communicating, motivating and developing staff
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of safety issues related to transport operations and maintenance
- Ability to think laterally and analyse and assess a range of information.
