VIE - Asset Engineer, Australia F/H
Contexte
RATP Dev, a subsidiary of the RATP Group, ensures the operation and maintenance of urban and interurban transport networks in 14 countries through over 100 subsidiaries. Working in partnership with the NSW Government, the Parklife Metro consortium is working on an exciting new metro rail infrastructure project in Greater Western Sydney.
Comprising, Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens and Webuild, the private sector partners are looking to build their metro rail expertise to deliver this city-shaping project, which will be delivered under a Public Private Partnership model and will provide a major economic stimulus for western Sydney.
RATP Dev as the O&M Contractor will be responsible for the successful delivery of the operations and maintenance elements of the project and we are currently looking to appoint an Asset Engineer VIE to work within the O&M Contractor team
Missions
The Asset Engineer will support processes developped during D&C phase in regards with the asset management activities and are aligned with the Operator's needs/requirements whilst matching Operability, Maintainability, Life Cycle Cost, Asset Information System, Security, Safety and Quality level required.
Responsabilités et activités
• Involve in the different technical D&C and O&M activities:
- Design contribution
- System Assurance including RAMS
- O&M tools implementation (Asset Information System, Service Payment Monitoring System, Digital Twin,…)
- Security
• Support the design development by providing tools to control and monitor the proposed D&C and O&M solution regarding:
- Requirements Management and Changes
- Operability
- Maintainability
- Life Cycle Cost
- Human Factor
- Renewal and Replacement
• Contribute in the O&M documentation development:
- Role and Responsbility Matrix
- Status of the content development
- Prepare the gate reviews and follow-up the action plan
- Documenation review
• Contribute in the procurement process :
- Support the development of the RFP
- Put in place a tracking regarding the exchange between the parties
- Providing the relevant information
- Store the different proposal received by the suppliers
• Support the internal and external interactions:
- Supervise the follow-up of our documentation via the EDMS
- Formalise meetings and their approval
- Structure and Store the critical information under the RATP Dev SP
- Provide the historical about the different interactions
- Manage the contributors
• Provide the reporting information to the relevant stakeholders:
- Design Contribution
- Asset Management Activities
- RAMS
- Tools Implementation
- Security Implementation
- Project Integration Office (PIO)
Expériences et compétences requises
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or B.Sc./M.Sc. with Physics / Electronics/ Power Supply / Computer Science
- English language (Fluent)
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in industry or Railway industry in Design and Construction phase and/or Operation and Maintenance phase
- Knowledgeable in working on a V-cycle design project
