About the job

Direct the activities of the Project/Commercial Directorate. Ensure that the Project/Commercial Directorate, including the supporting maintenance organisations for the PSA, meet their annual targets for the following KPIs:

1. In accordance with strategic guidance, review and interpret current and future commercial demands in connection with business requirements and pending legislation and produce an Annual Stakeholder Management Plan Plan (HSQEP).
2. Coordinate the production of the Annual O&M Plan including the generation of the strategic guidance for the Directors, the production of annual performance analysis and the conduct of the
3. Track the delivery of the current Annual O&M Plan and implement the Performance ,Plan lead the development of the Annual O&M Plan produce an Annual Performance Improvement Plan which sets targets for the internal and external KPIs for the upcoming operating year.
4. Ensure high quality and consistent commercial work practices and culture through the development and continuous improvement of the commercial and project management Plans, Policies, Procedures Work Instructions and Forms as part of the IMS. Develop the Stakeholder Management Plan as part of the IMS and with the support of the other directorates in order to obtain certification for ISO 44001.
5. Ensure that sufficient, qualified Commercial Staff are provided and managed in accordance with the Staffing Plan, Recruitment and Training Plan, Saudization Plan and HR Plan through recruitment, training, performance management and ongoing competency management processes in order to meet KPI's.
6. Represent CAMCO when meeting shareholders and develop an excellent relationship with the Client, Customers and Community in order to enhance CAMCO's reputation and to foster a partnership approach to relationships.
7. Ensure that the operational, maintenance, technical and commercial data capture through the IT business systems meets the contractual requirements of CAMCO under the O&M Agreement.

• At least a bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is also desirable, as is membership in a professional body. .
• At least 8 year's proven track records of operations and/or maintenance in the rail industry with similar management experience;
• Preferably 2 or more years' experience within the parent company of the O&M Contractor
