About the job

Under the responsibility of the Traffic Manager, the Driver drives buses on regular lines and sells tickets through an on-board ticketing service. As a professional, he / she transports tourists in the best conditions of comfort and safety by a flexible and adapted driving. As an ambassador of the company, the driver has a significant commercial role through the sale and advice to tourists.


• Welcome tourists on board: give advice and sale tickets
• Drive the bus through the city: the driver pay attention to the safety and comfort of the customer, respecting the rules and procedure of driving.
• Communication to the management of any remarks coming from the customers, useful for the company.
• Communication to the management, in real time, of any dysfunction concerning his service.

- Possesses a clean UK driving licence (full PCV entitlement with an up to date CPC) and a good knowledge
of the Highway Code
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines
- Ability to complete paperwork and handle cash accurately
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts from early mornings, days to late evenings
- Willingness to learn and attend company training
- Excellent people skills and a friendly approach

Other requirements for the role

Short term contract between March and November – duration of the contract can be discussed.

Any 5 days in a week, Saturday to Friday, as indicated on a rota. Weekend working is essential and you must be available for our peak service throughout July and August.
