We co-ordinate, support and promote this alliance of sightseeing operations globally, by providing our partners with access to international B2B markets. This is all thanks to our dedicated sales team, support services and online booking solution

Since launching in 2015, our dynamic start-up culture has seen the network grow from five operators to our current size. Our ambition at Extrapolitan is to continue growing at this rate over the next three years at least.

About the job

The Commercial IT Manager will lead IT projects related to B2B distribution with the support of external IT providers, run the Extrapolitan online booking solution and contribute to optimizing internal efficiency.

Requirements

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Commercial IT Manager's missions are to:
• Manage and optimize Commercial IT budget
• Build and lead projects related to B2B sales, CRM functionalities and reporting
• Coordinate our IT and solutions providers (incl. API provider, Salesforce, Conga, Docusign, etc.)
• Run and maintain Extrapolitan API online booking solution including pricing, product management for Extrapolitan, API integration with new sales channels and new partners, reporting, etc.
• Create monthly sales dashboards for B2B accounts and partner operations (Qlik Sense and Clic Data)
• Manage an intern in charge of online distribution, extrapolitan.com CMS and social media
• Manage support for B2B and B2C customers and operations (dedicated mailbox)

Benefits & how to apply

• Master's degree +5 years in an IT project manager role or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience including 2/3 years in a project management role
• Fluency in English and French (we work 100% in English)
• Interest for online distribution business stakes
• Experience with API booking solutions
• Knowledge of Salesforce (especially Sales Cloud)
• Knowledge of Qlik Sense
• Self-starter and strong sense of autonomy
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Solution-oriented spirit and ability to take initiatives
• Great relationship builder and team spirit
• Experience in a start-up/small company is a plus

Other requirements for the role

This position is based in central Paris (75012) and includes business trips, mainly to London.
The start date is: ASAP.
