About the job

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Marketing Management of the service and will be responsible for the branding and promotion strategy of the RATP Dev operation.

Qualified candidates must be self-starters with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills who are highly-motivated to provide excellent leadership, people management with a strong marketing & communication support to the Operations Manager while maintaining focus on customer service and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

Responsibilities include digital and offline strategy planning, managing digital and offline projects, successful delivery, monitoring success, reporting and ensuring best-practices are followed to achieve marketing objectives.
Your primary duties will be, but not limited to:

• Setting up and running online and offline marketing campaigns across all channels
• Plan the marketing strategy with a strong initial focus on brand awareness
• Management of the performance of the marketing efforts following some proposed KPI's
• Setting up key partnerships to drive customer acquisition
• Developing our content marketing strategy, including developing blog posts
• Willingness to support the operations by monitoring them once a week
• Oversee customer support via a CRM Tool and ensure consistency of customer service within the operations (shift managers, drivers)

• Experience in Digital marketing (Facebook campaigns, Twitter, Google Ads, follow-up of download KPIs, search for routes and booking knowledge)
• Strategic vision combined with an eye for detail and an ability to follow through
• Proven working experience in a similar role
• Experience in working for services companies
• Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Good analytical skills
• Energetic and motivated
• Highly adaptive/have a passion for digital media marketing & changing technology in this fast-paced industry.
• Must be able to multi-task, think on your feet & exhibit attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills
• Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing tools
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication to liaise with staff at all levels
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
• Fluent English is a must. Arabic and French are a plus
