About the job

We are seeking a hands-on Operation Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of the office and will be in charge of the entire RATP Dev operation, playing a leading role in managing the operation and the personnel.

Qualified candidates must be self-starters with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills who are highly-motivated to provide excellent leadership, people management while maintaining focus on customer service and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

Responsibilities include setting up processes, methods, and organisation for operations, define medium- and long-term strategies for operations, validates and deploys corrective action plans following performance analyses, staffing, training & development, and:
• Manage the pre-operations phase including recruitment and training of staff
• Contact point with internal and external stakeholders
• Recruit, train and manage the operational team and ensure the operations are running up to standard.
• Manage the technical provider for the booking and payment system

• Experience in delivering passenger transport services
• Experience launching complex transportation projects
• Strong communication skills to hold meetings with diverse stakeholders
• Team worker and Problem solver
• Excellent management skills
• Self-motivated and able to achieve deadlines and work independently
• Proven working experience in a similar role
• Experience in working for services companies
• Interest in innovative transport solutions and technology
• Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
• Must be able to multi-task, think on your feet & exhibit attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication to liaise with staff at all levels
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
• Fluent English is a must. Some understanding of Arabic required. French is a plus.
