We are currently looking for Rail Safety Experts to support our development, especially in the Middle East (Egypt, Saudi Arabia etc.)

About the job

Rail Safety Experts define and review the Safety processes & norms in connection with business requirements and pending national legislation.

Requirements

- Implement the Safety processes and Risks Management at Operation & Maintenance scales
- Establish and oversee the process for incident and accident reporting and investigation
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve management systems based on the risks assessment approach
- Lead event analyses and investigations
- Promote and develop the Risks Management culture throughout each Directions
- Support sites in setting up their quality approach and follow-up the ratification of granted certifications
- Carry out regular safety tours and inspections to master labour's risks and impact on the environment.

Benefits & how to apply

- 10+ years' experience in Rail Safety Management and Rail Operations
- Fluency in English is a must, French is a plus
- Training & communication experience, high degree of interpersonal communication skills and leadership, proven ability to influence even at senior management level
- Proven ability of situational analysis and problem solving
- Strong interpersonal aptitudes and team management ability
- Adaptation to foreign cultures.
