CAMCO is the name of the subsidiary of RATP Dev, a local Saudi Arabian company controlled by RATP Dev for the purposes of offering Operations and Maintenance Services for the Riyadh Metro (Lines1 & 2).

About the job

- Direct the activities of the Technical Directorate;
- Ensure that the Technical Directorate, in cooperation with the Maintenance Directorate, meet their annual targets for the following KPIs;
- Transit System availability;
- Facilities and other system availability;
- System safety;
- Provide leadership to the IT Manager responsible for all IT systems;
- The ultimate responsible person for the safe operation of the System.

- Review and interpret current and future technical demands in conjunction with business requirements, industry standards and pending legislation and produce a Five-Year Strategic Asset Management Plan an Annual Asset Management Plan (AMP);
- Develop and maintain high quality and consistent Asset Management work practices and culture in normal, degraded and emergency modes through the development and continuous improvement of the Asset Management Plans, Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions and Forms as part of the IMS.
- Lead, motivate and reward the Technical Directorate ensuring the delivery of Plans. Develop a customer service culture and meet and continuously improve specified KPI targets within the Plan in accordance with the Annual Budget;
- Act as the Senior Asset Manager in CAMCO as defined under ISO 55001. Responsible for CAMCO's compliance with this standard and obtaining and maintaining the certification;
- Contribute to the delivery of the Performance Plan by conducting the Change Assurance Panel, Systems Presentation Working Group, Warrantee and DLP Management Group.


-T echnical Diploma holder (Bachelor's degree or higher);
- Should have previous experience of managing teams effectively;
- At least 15 year's proven track records of operations and/or maintenance in the rail industry with similar management experience;
- Preferably 5 or more years' experience within the parent company of the O&M Contractor Preferred knowledge of operations procedures relating to driverless trains and station operations;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
