Transport Operations Control Center Manager – Saudi Arabia F-M

Missions

The Transport Operations Control Center (TOCC) Manager is responsible for all TOCC activities and acts as the main point of contact for the safe, smooth and regular delivery of live mobility services to customers.

He leads a team of 5 people and reports to the Project Director.

Responsabilités et activités

- Interfaces with MOM, TRSDC, Hotel operators, State officials and O&M service providers
- Responsible for delivering high-level multimodal mobility services and managing traffic in normal, degraded and emergency modes
- Accountable (in partnership with O&M providers) for availability, punctuality, major disruption, and service closure KPIs
- Oversee and intervene the entire operations of TOCC to ensure the safe and smooth operations of the network
- Liaise and co-ordinate with the relevant sections and authorities during incidents and emergencies
- Provide guidance, leadership, and initiatives to the team in the course of their duties especially during incidents and emergencies
- Ensure the periodical review of Standard Operating Procedures to ensure that it is relevant to the prevailing conditions
- Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Expériences et compétences requises

- At least 8 years' relevant experience in Operations Control Center
- Safety management Accident / Incident investigation
- Fluent in English
- Ability to communicate with staff of all levels
- Possess leadership quality ability to delegate, supervise and control.
