About the job

The Maintenance – Process Engineer will be part of our Methods and Continuous Improvement team, defining maintenance standards, making sure all company asset are fit for service and maintained appropriately based on company standards.

Requirements

- To develop the appropriate quality standards for the Company.
- To formulate and review quality policies, procedures and standards.
- To manage the application of the appropriate quality standards.
- To manage the Company's quality audit regime.
- To develop awareness campaigns and instil a sense of quality consciousness among employees.
- Oversee the conduct of internal audits and ensure that all areas of non-compliance are closed out.
- Recommend improvements to processes and procedures to improve upon productivity.
The role's core areas are:
- Create and document processes, procedures and policy
- Collect data, assess processes and interpret data
- Implement improvement in processes, procedures and policy
- Facilitate process improvement workshops across the wider business
- Undertake any other duties as assigned
- Support the implementation of a lean manufacturing environment in the workplace
- Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions
