Contexte

Since 2014, RATP Dev has developed hop-on hop-off sightseeing services with open top double-deckers in the most attractive cities in the world.

The Original London Sightseeing Tour Limited, which trades simply as The Original Tour, is one of the city's largest operator of open-top bus sightseeing tours. Operating up to 70 vehicles daily in the peak season, 365 days per year, The Original Tour employs up to 385 staff in the summer months. The Original Tour's livery is distinct, in the style of the Union Jack and the open-top buses carry around 1 million tourists from around the world per annum and offer a choice of on-board commentaries with live guides or digitally-recorded commentaries in 11 languages, plus a unique children's commentary.
RATP Dev and The Original Tour teams are proud to have over 65 years' experience introducing visitors to London, ithas continued to evolve and lead the industry, being the first open-top sightseeing bus to offer the services of a guide on board, the first to provide guests with a digitally-recorded commentary in several languages.

Missions

The VIE will contribute to The Original Tour's marketing team, , helping maintain, develop and police, clear brand identity and personality guidelines applicable to all internal and external references and channels.
They will also contribute to establish and maintain a rolling annual marketing programme of fame-enhancing activities promoting the discovery of our product portfolio amongst defined target audiences (b2c/b2b) and through all relevant channels (including social). As part of the marketing team they will also contribute to product management, helping to launch new product and managing the current portfolio.

Responsabilités et activités

- Work with external agencies to develop artwork for advertising, brand promotion and product development programmes.
- Educate and advise on all matters relating to our brand identity/personality.
- Assist in the development and deployment of web and social media content.
- Liaise with Marketing partners and agencies e.g. PR, social influencers etc.
- Manage media filming and photography requests, liaising with internal teams for planning purposes & accompanying media where necessary.
- Manage and develop our image and video content libraries, working with the Brand & Communications Manager on Video/ Photography production.
- Assist in the development and deployment of internal and external communications.
- Work with the Digital Manager and relevant agencies to optimise Funnel Conversion

Expériences et compétences requises

- Master university degree qualifications or Business School
- Exceptional English language skills – written and verbal
- 2 years experiences in communication / marketing
- Agency and project management experience.
- Budget management capability.
- Appreciation of travel/entertainment related businesses with domestic UK and/or inbound market experience (ideal not essential).
- The tenacity to help drive and embrace change with the personality to thrive within a small and ambitious team.
