RATP Dev, a subsidiary of the RATP Group, ensures the operation and maintenance of urban and interurban transport networks in 14 countries through over 100 subsidiaries. We are looking for a Strategy & Performance Manager. The position will report to the Director of Strategic Projects.

Missions


The Strategy & Performance Manager is responsible to conduct internal assignments on cross-functional and high-stake strategic topics upon Executive Committee requests.

Responsabilités et activités


Reporting to the Director of Strategic Projects, the Strategy & Performance Manager will be in charge of:

- Supporting the CEO, Business Units and Countries in their strategic analyses and performing cross functional strategic studies (eg Growth strategy, Turnaround plan, M&A, etc ) to improve the Business Units performance.
- Driving the implementation of RATP Dev strategic project.

This would especially consist in the management of projects, from approval to implementation, including management of appropriate stakeholders, analysis of complex data and information, business cases, preparation of high-quality presentation material and reports, in order to convey findings to a senior audience.

The Strategy team is composed of 4 persons, of which 2 ex-BCG and 1 ex-Roland Berger.

This role will give you a very good understanding of the key stakes of the company and you will benefit from a wide visibility across the Group. It may typically lead you to a future position in business development, bid management or a Director role in operations.

Expériences et compétences requises


- Master's degree from a top engineering or business school.
- 7+ years of experience, of which at least 3 years in a tier-1 strategy consulting firm (BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Roland Berger etc.)
- A first experience within an industrial or transport company in a plus.
- Fluent in French and English is a must
- Autonomy, rigor and strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with individuals throughout the organization, from board level to front line operations.
