Under the supervision of the SVP of Safety and Industrial Engineering, the Project Manager Assistant plays a central role at the intersection of data, engineering, and operations. The position is focused on applying data to real-world operational challenges to support performance, safety, and operational excellence in bus and rail activities. The successful candidate will contribute to process optimization, the development of analytical tools, and the implementation of innovative solutions to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

Data Engineering & Data Infrastructure

• Own and develop end-to-end data pipelines (from ingestion to consumption) feeding BI tools and preparing future machine learning use cases.
• Design and maintain scalable data workflows using a modern data stack (AWS, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake).
• Ensure robustness, reliability, and performance of data pipelines across multiple business domains.

Data Quality & Governance

• Define, monitor, and improve data quality metrics (completeness, consistency, accuracy).
• Implement data monitoring tools and alerting systems.
• Drive initiatives to enhance data reliability and standardization across systems.

Data Analysis & Business Impact

• Produce high-impact analytics and dashboards for operational stakeholders.
• Support decision-making by translating data into actionable insights.
• Work across multiple business verticals: Operations, Maintenance, Safety, HR, and Finance.

IT Project Management & Change Management

• Lead and support deployment of data tools and solutions across field locations.
• Train end users and ensure adoption of BI, reporting, and operational tools.
• Act as a force of proposal, identifying optimization opportunities and improving processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects with tangible operational impact.

• Engineering degree or equivalent, ideally with a focus on Data, Industrial Engineering, or technical project management.
• Experience in data engineering and data analytics, with ownership of end-to-end projects.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI) and programming (Python).
• Knowledge of modern data stack: AWS, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake.
• Familiarity with machine learning is a plus.
• Skills in IT project management and change management.
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution oriented.
• Interest in the transport, safety, or industrial engineering sectors
• Professional-level English
