Mission

About Us:

RATP Dev is a subsidiary of the RATP Group, a global leader in high-capacity urban rail and the world’s third largest public transport operator.

Our 26,000 people design, operate, maintain and modernise urban and interurban transport networks across more than 100 cities in 15 countries, delivering tailored mobility solutions that respond to each community’s environmental, social, and economic needs.

We build, deliver and commit to the best of public transport - every day, everywhere, for everybody - making it the natural choice for cities and passengers.

About the Role:

As the Regional Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Asia-Pacific, you will be the key architect of our digital future in a region undergoing rapid growth. This executive role is critical to our success, overseeing the technology strategy and operations for major new automated metro projects in Sydney, Melbourne, and Singapore, alongside our established operations.

Based in Hong Kong, Singapore, or Manila and reporting to the APAC CEO and Group CIO, you will act as a strategic partner to the regional leadership team. You will be responsible for ensuring our technology - from operational control systems and cybersecurity to corporate IT - is robust, innovative, and secure. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute the regional IT and digital strategy, ensuring alignment with global standards while addressing local business needs.
  • Act as the primary advisor to the regional executive team on digital transformation, data-driven operations, and emerging rail technologies.
  • Provide critical IT and digital expertise to support strategic bids and projects across the APAC region.
  • Oversee all technology supporting critical metro operations, including signalling, SCADA, Operations Control Centre (OCC) systems, and passenger information platforms.
  • Lead regional IT operations, service delivery, and infrastructure management, ensuring high availability and resilience for all systems.
  • Implement and enforce global cybersecurity policies to protect our critical infrastructure and manage regional risk.
  • Drive digital innovation in areas like predictive maintenance, IoT, and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency and passenger experience.

This is a leadership opportunity to make a significant impact, ensuring our digital capabilities are a cornerstone of the safe, efficient, and reliable metro services we provide across the APAC region.
