Charter Regarding Processing of Personal Data

By completing the form on this site, you are consenting to the processing of your personal information and authorise RATP Dev, as the data controller, to collect and process your personal information in its database, namely your first name(s), surname (s), personal address, telephone number, education, professional experience, qualifications, awards, interview notes, etc., and more generally any information and personal data you may volunteer in the course of the application process.

RATP Dev informs you that it may add extra information about you to your profile, namely information collected:

(i) during its interactions with you, whether written, by telephone or in person 

(ii) from professional social networks or from any public information source if this information is useful for the management of your application. 

This information is electronically processed for the purpose of managing your application. Your data may also be included in a Resumes library, which will enable RATP Dev to suggest other openings for you, if applicable.

To facilitate external and internal recruitment, RATP Dev uses the DigitalRecruiters software, supplied by the company BANKESS, to publish job offers, collect applications, and manage them. 

RATP Dev acts as the data controller for the personal data provided and BANKESS acts as its data processor. 

Given its purpose, which is to process the personal data of candidates responding to job offers and to add data on candidates to RATP Dev's Resumes library, the processing of your personal data is necessary for the pursuit of RATP Dev's legitimate interests, namely the management of its recruitment processes and the execution of any pre-contractual measures that may exist between RATP Dev and the candidates responding to its job offers. 

This data is hosted in France and will be transmitted to the people in charge of recruitment within RATP Dev to enable them to study your application.

Answers to the fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory and failure to answer may jeopardise the processing of your application. The other fields are optional and have no bearing on the processing of your application.

By accepting the conditions of this Charter, you authorise RATP Dev to communicate, if necessary, your personal data to other companies in the group, including those located outside the European Union, for the purposes of managing your application and adding to its Resumes library. RATP Dev declares that it has taken the necessary measures to manage transfers outside the European Union and to protect your personal data. By sending a request to RATP Dev, you can obtain full information on the data transferred, the exact recipients of the information and the means implemented to manage this transfer.

External candidates' personal data will be kept for a maximum period of 2 years after the last contact with RATP Dev recruitment department, the last contact being understood as the date on which you consented to the collection of your data. For internal applications, they are kept throughout the employee's time at the company.

RATP Dev inform you that your data is computerised and treated confidentially, with security and confidentiality guarantees in place to preserve personal data put online.

As a subcontractor of RATP Dev, BANKESS is authorised to access your personal information, when necessary, primarily in the context of its administration and maintenance of the Company's careers site and application management tool but may not communicate this data to its own subcontractors without the Company's prior consent. BANKESS may be required to transmit your personal data to a judicial authority at the latter's demand.
